Borrallo has been with the family since Prince George was 8 months old.

When the spouses are not at home, the nanny makes all the decisions regarding the children.

Borallo was trained at the prestigious Norland College in Bath. “Maria is firm but she never takes sides with children on discipline. 

A royal insider previously said: “Maria is firm but she never takes sides with the children on discipline. Kate and William, along with Maria, are strict with the children but have magical powers.”‌

When she was hired, Kensington Palace released a statement saying, “Maria is a full-time nanny who has recently started work with us and will accompany The Duke and Duchess and Prince George to New Zealand and Australia.”

“We will not be providing any further details about Maria or her work, except to say that the Duke and Duchess are delighted that she has chosen to join them.”

Speaking to  Hello magazine , parenting expert Jo Frost explained that Maria is an important person for William, Kate and their children.

She said: “The blessing of her parenting style and her loving service to the family leaves the children in strong hands, allowing William the flexibility to be present as a father.”

“Participating in his royal duties, which he can do at home, and being the motivation he wants to be his wife.”

As William, royal biographer Angela Levin says:

He now faces a “difficult time” having to balance his work and his private life.

Additionally, his brother, Harry, is in England, and as we all know, the relationship between the two remains strained.

Royal insiders said William used unkind words and attacked his wife.

“I don’t know how you can completely change it. It’s hard, isn’t it? It’s hard to completely turn around a relationship and forget all about the past. I don’t think people can do that.”

Isabel Webster, presenter of  the GB News programme, said she believed the prince could be feeling “lonely” at the moment.

“This is someone who is estranged from his brother, has lost his mother in tragic circumstances, recently lost his grandmother, who is one of the few people who understands the responsibility he faces,” she said.

And one of his uncles was humiliated, now both his father and his wife are not feeling well.

Levin responded, “Harry said to me when I was writing his biography that he and William couldn’t be closer. We trust each other, we are together. We have the greatest relationship because we have had the same experiences, difficult experiences. 

But now it’s not like that.”

On Wednesday night, Prince William attended the Air Ambulance Charity Gala Dinner in London. There, he gave a speech and thanked everyone for their kind wishes for his wife, as well as his father, King Charles, who was diagnosed with cancer on Monday.

“Good evening everyone, thank you all for coming here and thank you to everyone who has worked so hard this evening. I would like to take this opportunity to also say thank you for the wonderful messages of support for Catherine and for my father, especially in recent days. It has meant so much to us all. It is fair to say that the past few weeks have been a “medical” focus, so I think I have been away.

Earlier in the day, the Prince of Wales held an investiture ceremony at Windsor Castle, where he bestowed more than 50 honors. Among the recipients was Patricia Sprouse, who later took to LinkedIn to share news of her honor. In her post, she revealed some details about Kate and the many grants she has received.

 “What an amazing experience ,” Sprouse wrote on LinkedIn . “The castle is amazing. Everyone is so lovely to us. We are in awe of everything here .” “Prince William said Catherine has two Filipino nurses who look after her and they are amazing and kind.”

The British royal family seems to have a lot on their plate lately. This past month has been a busy one, with Kate Middleton undergoing abdominal surgery that required a lot of time to recover, and Prince Charles being diagnosed with cancer.

According to the palace, the Princess of Wales will be able to return to royal duties around Easter, although she will be working some of her work from home.

Kate’s planned tummy tuck has shaken things up not only for her but for her husband as well. Like Kate, William has also been forced to postpone or reschedule many of his royal engagements during his hospital stay because he needs to look after the couple’s three children, who  were unable to visit their mother at a London clinic.
